These clients approached us with the desire to make their very fun but dated mid-century modern home more livable and safe for future children as they were working to expand their family in the medium term.  Surpise!  They got the great news pretty early on in the process with us, they were expecting!  Per their request, we then adjusted the scope to focus on critical items before the baby was to arrive, which were a few small maintenance tasks and an overhaul of the guest bathroom - to get it ready to bathe and care for their baby.
